1. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Remancos purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your product, we offer a flexible return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

2. Eligibility for Returns

2.1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Support within 7 days of receiving the product. We will be happy to assist you in replacing the damaged or defective item or processing a refund.

2.2. Unopened and Unused Products: For non-damaged products, we accept returns of unopened and unused items within [number of days] days from the date of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging and in a resalable condition.

3. Return Process

3.1. Contact Customer Support: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at sales@remancos.co.za or +2711 7913757. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.

3.2. Return Authorization: Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RA#). Please include this number on the package when you return the item.

3.3. Packaging and Shipping: Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and any accessories, to prevent damage during transit. Ship the product to the address provided by our Customer Support team.

4. Refund Process

4.1. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 2.

4.2. Refund or Replacement: Depending on your preference and product availability, we will process either a refund to the original payment method or send you a replacement product.

4.3. Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Products not purchased directly from Remancos.
  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Products returned without a valid return authorization number (RA#).
  • Products returned after the specified return window.
